Terms of Service

Effective date: April 30, 2026. These terms govern the use of CodeDevFlow applications and related services.

1. Acceptance Of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any CodeDevFlow application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using and uninstall the App.

2. In-App Purchases (IAP)

  • Payment Channels: all payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play accounts.
  • Digital Goods: virtual items, subscriptions, or premium features are for in-app use and have no cash value unless required by law.
  • Refund Rules: refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to platform policy and applicable consumer law. Except where legally required, we do not directly process refunds outside platform systems.
  • Subscription Management: users manage auto-renewal, cancellation, and billing preferences through their platform account settings.

3. In-App Advertising (IAA)

  • Ad Presence: you acknowledge that the App may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks.
  • Ad Types: App Open, Rewarded Video, Interstitial, Banner, and Native ad formats may be used.
  • Disclaimer: we are not responsible for accuracy, legality, or quality of third-party ad-linked products, offers, or websites.
  • Ad Controls: personalized ad behavior may be affected by your consent choices, age category, and local legal requirements.

4. User Conduct Rules

You agree not to:

  • Exploit vulnerabilities for illegal purchase gains or fraudulent actions.
  • Decompile, crack, reverse engineer, tamper with, or bypass technical protections of the App, except where mandatory law explicitly permits.
  • Upload, submit, or distribute illegal, pornographic, violent, abusive, hateful, infringing, or otherwise unlawful content.
  • Use automated means to abuse services, ad systems, reward logic, or analytics.

5. Intellectual Property

All source code, interface designs, graphics, trademarks, service marks, product names, and content in the App are owned by CodeDevFlow or licensed to CodeDevFlow. Unauthorized copying, adaptation, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

6. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeDevFlow and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages arising from use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, business interruption, or third-party ad outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Updates To These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time to reflect legal, technical, or business updates. Material changes may be announced through in-app notice, website updates, or push notification where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law And Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your region requires otherwise.

Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent people's court with jurisdiction at the place of business registration, unless otherwise required by non-waivable law.
